Rule the world: reality show: casting!

Welcome you!

We are currently looking for the crew for our new short film production. Logline: Democracy is the art of running the circus from the monkey cage.

We are going to produce this project within next three months as a reality show, which presents the different contestants with their own understanding of what democracy is. You will need to play the role of the contestants of the reality show. We have real and historical characters to cover such as Hitler, Gandhi, Socrates, Fidel Castro, Bill Gates and Marie Therese. Script is still in development process, so if you think you are right for some similar role feel free to apply as we may incorporate new characters to the show. All participants in the show are living during one week under the fundamental principles of democracy such as „freedom, equality and brotherhood or death“ and they are continuously observed by the cameras like in Big Brother. Each contestant will try to convince everyone else among the audience that people who are different from them are not trustworthy. After that week starts reality quiz show, where the contestants will have to pass five different tests. Public elections trough internet will decide which one of them will be the winner and will get the power to rule the world and receive the title of the Master of the Universe! The story is fiction, experimental, mostly humorous, satirical and sometimes sarcastic and on the other hand it is very open for different interpretations. The show is run by fiction figure – Johnny Walker, who is porn multimillionare and photographer for few mainstream London’s media and very talented manipulator. He’s also the head of freemasons and the Master of the Universe. The show is also a kind of criticism of the history of mankind and the modern society with its mainstream ideas such as free market, liberalism, walfare state, democracy and communism.

No payment is offered, however it’s very good film experience and great fun. The copy of the DVD will be provided to you when the production will be finished. Film will be entered to few international film festivals. Film will be recorded in one of the Ealing Studios in London.
